As many in the asset management community long believed prior to 2020, we too subscribed to the idea that success required a daily presence in the office.  The COVID 19 pandemic and subsequent lockdowns globally demonstrated the ability to conduct business remotely.  The separation from the noise of the Street enabled us to dive deeper into research and have more insightful idea generation.  This time provided the perspective that removing lengthy commute times and polite interoffice chit chat fostered an environment where investment ideas thrived.
